Setup
No code: add the bot and pick a channel.
In your agent, open Integrations, choose Discord and add the OneType bot.
Choose where handoffs and leads go.
Turn on human handoff; each teammate types /onetype link once (the link works for 10 minutes).
OneType just joined the server.
OneType is connected. Handoffs, new leads and low ratings will appear in this channel.
Create your agent, then connect Discord from its Integrations tab.
