Answer client questions while you are with clients.

Salons, studios, practices and consultants hear the same questions every day. OneType answers them from your own services, hours and prices, takes contact details, and passes the rest to you.

In short

Appointment-based businesses

  • Services, hours and prices.Answers come from what your site and documents say, and the agent is told never to invent a price or policy.
  • Contact details, not missed calls.Visitors can leave their email, name and phone in a short form in the chat.
  • A person when it matters. With handoff turned on, visitors can ask for you during your opening hours, and you get the chat with a short summary.
  • Points to your booking page.Put your booking link in your content, and allow its domain if it is on another site, so the agent can share it.

Your own information

Answer prices and hours from your own content.

OneType reads the pages you choose: your services, price list, FAQ and contact page. Add what is not on your site, like holiday hours or what to bring, as text or a PDF. Every answer points to the page or file it came from.

  • Your pages

Services, prices, FAQ and contact pages become the agent's knowledge.

  • Text and PDFs

Paste holiday hours or upload a PDF for what your site lacks.

  • Saved answers

Prices or your cancellation policy can be sent word for word.

  • No invented prices

By default it answers only from your content and never promises a slot.

OneType

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes, in 5 to 8 working days. The full rates are on the shipping page.

Shipping & delivery

Can I pay in instalments?

I couldn't find that on this site. Want me to pass it to the team?

Booking and callbacks

A short way from question to appointment.

Booking with Cal.com and Calendly is coming soon, so today OneType cannot see or create appointments. What it can do is share the link to your booking page if it's in your content and collect contact details so you can call the visitor back.

  • Booking link

Shares your booking page when a visitor wants an appointment.

  • Form filling

Coming soon: page tools that fill your request form on fields you allow.

  • Contact form

An email, and optionally name and phone, when a question is not covered.

  • Saved as contacts

Each person is saved with the question they asked.

When they need you

Personal questions come to you, even later.

Once you turn on handoff, visitors can ask for a person during your opening hours, and the chat comes to you with a summary of what they want. When nobody is online, the visitor gets a contact form and you get an email. Your later reply reaches the visitor by email if they left their address.

  • Ask for a person

Visitors can ask for you during your opening hours.

  • Short summary

You see what the visitor wants before you reply.

  • Email alerts

You get an email when nobody has the dashboard open.

  • Typical reply time

Show a label like within a few hours, so nobody waits in the dark.

OneType

Can someone confirm the invoice for my team?

Sure, I've asked the team to join. They can see our conversation.

Language and look

In your clients' language, in your look.

Visitors ask in their own language, and the agent answers in it from your content, even if your site is in one language. The chat picks up your site's name, main color and icon, and you pick one of 134 chat templates and add your logo, name and greeting.

  • Their language

Answers in the visitor's language, from your content.

  • Your brand

Name, main color and icon come from your site.

  • 134 templates

Pick a chat template, then add your logo, name and greeting.

Questions, answered.

Not yet. Booking with Cal.com and Calendly is coming soon. Today the agent cannot see free slots or create appointments, but it can share the link to your booking page if it's in your content and collect contact details so you can arrange a time.
