How credits work
1 credit = $0.001 of AI and search usage. A typical answer reads about 3,000 tokens and writes 300, plus one knowledge search; longer ones use more. Cheaper models stretch your credits further. When own-key plans open (coming soon), every answer will count once toward your plan, whichever model you pick, and your AI provider will bill you its own rates. Unused monthly credits don't roll over. Estimate: about 5 in 100 visitors start a chat, 3–4 messages each.

We first email and notify you and give you 72 hours to put it back. If it is not back by then, the discount ends from your next invoice and you pay the regular price. Your chat keeps working as normal, and the domain cannot receive this offer again.
It applies to a workspace's first subscription on a Premium plan. It does not apply to the Free or Enterprise plans, or to later subscriptions. A domain that has already had an offer from us, or lost this one by removing the badge, cannot receive it again.

You get a notice at 80% and at 100% of your credits. At 100% your agents stop answering until your credits renew or you upgrade; on Premium you can also add a credit pack ($25 for 5,000 credits that don't expire). Unused monthly credits don't roll over.
