In short

  • Resolution rate you can trust.Only conversations the agent closed without a person or a thumbs down count as resolved.
  • How every chat ended.Resolved by your agent, by your team, handed to a person, left without an answer, or failed.
  • What visitors ask about.Conversations are grouped into your top topics, shown as a share of the total.
  • Always against last period.Every key number shows its change against the period before.

An AI agent is only worth keeping if it takes real work off your team. Analytics shows you that in plain numbers: how many conversations it handled, how many it resolved by itself, and what your visitors wanted. You see the trend over time, for all agents or one at a time.

Key numbers at a glance

Your dashboard opens with four figures for the last 7, 14, 30 or 90 days, each compared with the period before. Charts below show conversations and messages per day.

  • Total conversations, counted only when a visitor actually wrote something.
  • Resolution rate: conversations the AI resolved, out of all that ended.
  • Average response time until the first word of an answer appears.
  • Leads collected from the chat.

An honest resolution rate

A conversation counts as resolved by the AI only if nobody on your team stepped in, it was not handed off, and the visitor did not rate an answer down. It is confirmed when the visitor says so or rates an answer up, and counted as resolved automatically when it closes quietly after a helpful answer. Test chats from previews never count.

The Analytics page breaks every ended conversation down into five outcomes: resolved by your agent, resolved by your team, handed to a person, left without an answer, and failed. When nothing has ended yet, you see no rate at all rather than a zero that looks like failure.

Topics your visitors ask about

OneType reads the first message of each conversation and labels it with a short, plain topic such as Shipping, Returns or Pricing. The chart shows your five biggest topics and groups the rest as Other. Only the label is kept, not the visitor's words.

More on the Analytics page

  • Filter by agent and by period.
  • Leads per day.
  • Questions your agent could not answer, ready to fill.
  • A value card with conversations resolved and hours saved.
  • Credits used by day, agent and model.
  • Export the numbers and daily series as a CSV file.

Response time and tool use

Response time is measured until the first word of an answer appears, which is what your visitor actually waits for. When figures are rounded, they are rounded up, so the numbers never look faster than they really were.

Actions are coming soon. Once your agent can call your systems, the Analytics page lists each tool with its calls, failures, typical duration and most common errors, so a broken one is easy to spot.

From numbers to action

Analytics is built to lead somewhere. A low resolution rate points you to the unanswered questions list, where you can write the missing answers. A topic that keeps growing tells you which part of your content deserves more care. A rise in handoffs shows where your team is still needed. Each number points to something you can improve.

Questions, answered.

Yes. Visitors can leave a satisfaction rating (CSAT), which you see in the inbox. They can also rate answers up or down, and those ratings decide whether a conversation counts as resolved or failed.
