In short
- Every source at a glance.Status, passages, last sync and next sync for each source.
- The exact text.Open a page to read the text your agent can cite from it.
- Reasons in plain words.Skipped pages say why, from firewalls to robots.txt.
- Watch it read live.See pages being read, with their titles, as it happens.
When an answer is wrong, you need to know why. Was the page never read? Was the text on it out of date? Did the site block the crawler? OneType shows you exactly what your agent learned, down to the text of every page, so you can find and fix the cause yourself.
All your sources in one place
The Knowledge page lists every source across your agents: websites, sitemaps, single pages, files, text and connected documents. For each one you see its status, how many passages your agent can cite from it, when it was last synced and when the next sync is due. If you have several agents, the list shows which agent each source belongs to.
Down to each page
Open a source to see its pages in a table with the page, its status, its number of words and when it was read. Click a page to open the exact text your agent can cite from it, the same text it reads when it answers. If something in an answer surprises you, this is where you can check it against the source.
Why a page was skipped
Pages that could not be read say why, in words you can act on:
- The site's firewall turned OneTypeBot away.
- The site's robots.txt asks crawlers not to read this page.
- This page needs a login, and only public pages can be read.
- The page asks not to be indexed, or it is over 5 MB.
- It repeats another page, which is read instead.
Temporary problems, like a site asking OneTypeBot to slow down, say that the page will be tried again on the next sync.
Flagged passages
Text that reads like instructions to an AI, such as "ignore your previous instructions", is flagged. Each source shows how many flagged passages it has, and the page view highlights them in the text, so you can see whether it is an honest quote or something planted.
Live reading progress
While a site is being read, you see the progress as it happens: how many pages are done out of the total, and the titles of the latest pages read. As soon as the first passages are live, you can start asking your agent questions, even before the whole site is finished.
Updates waiting for you
A source also tells you when an update is waiting for your decision, for example because it would remove most of the source at once. You see what held it and can discard it, and an owner can activate it anyway. If an update went live without finishing its answer check, the source says so too.
What it does not show
The page table shows words per page; the number of passages is shown per source. There is no screen in the dashboard that shows search scores for a test question. To try questions, chat with your agent directly.
