In short

  • Work taken off your team.See conversations resolved by AI and handoffs avoided.
  • Hours saved, your way.The estimate uses your own minutes per conversation, which you can change.
  • Credits you can trace.Credits used by day, by agent and by the model that answered.
  • Per conversation too.The inbox shows the credits each conversation used.

Sooner or later someone asks what the AI agent is actually worth. The value report answers in two parts: the work it took off your team, and what it used to do that. Both sit on your Analytics page, for all agents or one at a time.

What your agent did instead of your team

  • AI-resolved: conversations your agent resolved without a person.
  • Handoffs avoided: conversations that ended without reaching your team.
  • Leads captured: contact details visitors left in the chat.
  • Hours saved: an estimate of your team's time.

Each figure is compared with the previous period, so you see the trend over weeks and months, not just a single snapshot.

Hours saved, based on your numbers

Hours saved is conversations resolved by AI multiplied by how many minutes a person would spend on one. It starts at 6 minutes, and owners and admins can change it anywhere from 1 to 120 minutes to match your team. The card labels it clearly as an estimate.

Where your credits go

Next to the value figures, people who can see billing get a clear view of credit use. Credits over time shows use per day. By agent shows which agents use the most. By model shows the model each answer actually ran on, with answers on your own provider key marked Your key.

Each answer is billed by the tokens it actually used, so these charts show real use rather than a flat rate. In the inbox, every conversation also shows the credits it used, so you can trace an unusual day back to the conversations behind it.

Know before you run out

OneType alerts you when you have used 80% and 100% of your plan's credits, and once a period if your current pace would run out before it ends, so a busy month never takes you by surprise.

How AI-resolved is counted

A conversation counts as resolved by AI only if nobody on your team stepped in, it was not handed to a person, and the visitor did not rate an answer down. That keeps the value figures honest: the agent gets credit only for work it really did on its own.

  • Filter by agent to see which one does the most work.
  • Switch the period to see how value grows over time.
  • Compare each figure with the period before.

Numbers you can share

When it is time to show the agent is worth it, the value card gives you figures you can explain in one line each: how many conversations it resolved alone, how many never needed your team, how many leads it collected, and roughly how many hours that saved. Because you set the minutes per conversation yourself, the estimate reflects how your team really works, not a generic benchmark.
