Partner Program Terms

These terms apply to the OneType Partner Program, offered by Divhunt GmbH, Chamerstrasse 172, 6300 Zug, Switzerland ("OneType", "we", "us"). By applying to the program or using a partner link you accept them.

1. What the program is

The Partner Program lets you recommend OneType, an AI chat for websites, to businesses and people you work with, and receive a share of the profit from each customer you bring. It is about selling OneType to customers. It is free to join: there is no fee, no required purchase and no minimum activity.

2. Becoming a partner

You apply on onetype.ai. We review every application and may accept or decline it. We tell you our decision by email. You may be a company or an individual acting in a business capacity, of legal age where you live. We can accept partners only in the countries listed on the application page.

For each customer you brought, you receive 60% of the profit we make on that customer during the first 12 months counted from the customer's first paid invoice (see below), and then 35% of the profit for as long as that customer keeps paying.
How the 12 months are counted. We calculate your share in monthly windows, counted from the customer's first paid invoice: the first invoice of that customer for which we received an amount greater than zero, counted from the start of the period that invoice covers. Invoices of zero amount, free trials and free periods do not start the count. A window that starts less than 12 months after that date is paid at 60%. A window that starts 12 months or more after that date is paid at 35%. A window is never split between the two rates.
A yearly invoice paid in advance is spread over twelve monthly windows, each at the rate of its own start. A top-up is counted in the window that contains its date.
The 12 months are calendar months from the first paid invoice. A refund of that first invoice, a transfer of the customer's account, a cancellation followed by a new subscription, or a change of plan does not restart or move them.
The rate that applies to a window is fixed when we close the window. A later change of the rates or of these terms does not change amounts already booked, and a refund or clawback for that window uses the same rate.
The rates are the same for every partner. There is one level: you are paid only for customers you brought yourself.
Profit for a customer in a month is what the customer paid us (after refunds and chargebacks), minus the AI usage cost we had for that customer in that month, minus payment processing fees, minus taxes included in that payment (such as VAT or sales tax).
Amounts are calculated in US dollars. If a customer pays in another currency, we convert it at the rate used by our payment provider for that payment.
Your partner page shows, for each customer you brought, shown under a customer number: what they paid, our AI cost, fees, tax, the profit, the rate that applies and your share, so you can check every amount.
Example, to show how the calculation works (an illustration, not a promise of any amount): a customer pays $39 in a month; AI cost $8, payment fee $1.47, tax $0; profit $29.53. In the first 12 months your 60% is $17.72 for that month; after the first 12 months your 35% is $10.34 for a month with the same figures.

4. Who counts as your customer

A customer counts as yours when they sign up through your partner link or enter your partner code, and the link or code is recorded as described on the application page and in our Privacy Policy. If several partners could be credited, the last valid link or code used before the customer's account was created counts. The credit is fixed to the customer's account when it is created: it is not given at checkout, not given afterwards, and not changed later. The customer must be a new customer of OneType. Your own purchases, those of your company, and those of people you control do not count, and you may not sign up through your own link.

5. Payment

We settle monthly. A customer's payment is held for 30 days before the share from it can be paid out, which covers refunds and chargebacks. During this time it is shown as pending.
We pay out by hand, once a month, when your payable balance is $50 or more. Smaller balances carry over to the next month.
You tell us how to pay you (for example by bank transfer or another method we offer) and, where the law requires it, give us the tax details we ask for. Changing your payout details delays the next payout by 72 hours.
You are responsible for your own taxes on what you receive. Where the law requires us to withhold tax or report payments, we do so.
If a payment is refunded or charged back, we take the share for it out of your balance. If we already paid it out, we deduct it from your next payouts. This is called a clawback and appears in your monthly statement.
We may put an amount on hold while we check a dispute, a suspected misuse or missing information, and tell you why if we can.

6. How you may promote OneType

Describe OneType honestly, as it is. Do not invent features, prices, results or comparisons.
Do not promise or imply any income or earnings from the program. Do not present the program as a way to make money; present OneType as a product you recommend.
Say clearly that you are a OneType partner wherever you share your link, as the rules where you publish require (for example, in the US, the UK, the EU and Switzerland).
No spam, unsolicited bulk messages, fake reviews, misleading websites, or paid advertising on the name "OneType" or similar names.
Do not offer money or gifts for signing up through your link, and do not sign up customers who do not intend to use OneType.
Follow the laws that apply to your marketing.
You are an independent business. You are not our employee, agent or representative and cannot make promises or sign anything in our name.

7. What the program is not

There is no fee to join and no payment for signing up other partners. There are no ranks, levels, teams or downlines. Only customer sales of OneType count.

8. Customer data

The partner page shows customer-level amounts under a customer number, without the customer's name or email address. You may use this information only to check your own payments and may not publish it or pass it on. We process your own data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes and ending

You can stop being a partner at any time by writing to support@onetype.ai.
We may change these terms, the rates or the program by telling you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. A change applies only to windows that we close after it takes effect. It does not change amounts already booked. If you do not agree, you can stop being a partner.
We may end your participation immediately if you break these terms or the law. In that case we may stop future payments and keep unpaid amounts that arose from the breach.
If we end the program, we tell you at least 30 days before. After the end date we accept no new partners and credit no new customers to any partner. Customers already credited to you keep being paid at the 35% rate for as long as they keep paying, and refunds and clawbacks continue to apply as set out in section 5. This stops only if you break these terms or the law, or if OneType stops providing the service altogether.
Amounts booked and payable before the end are paid out under section 5.

10. Liability

We provide the program as described and do not promise that any customer will sign up. Our liability is limited to the extent the law allows; nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

Swiss law applies, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts at our registered seat in Zug have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law gives you a right to a different court.
