Why can't I see the chat in the Designer?

The chat only shows on the published site. Save, publish, then open the published address.

Does editing in Webflow use my credits?

How it goes

Custom code needs a paid Webflow site plan.

Open Site settingsIn Webflow, open your site and go to Site settings.
Open Custom codeClick Custom code in the left menu.
Paste in Footer codeScroll to Footer code and paste your line.
Save and publishClick Save changes, then Publish your site (top right). The chat only shows on the published site.
