Custom code needs a published site with a connected domain.

  1. Open Custom codeIn your Wix dashboard, go to Settings, then Custom Code (under Development & integrations).
  2. Add custom codeClick Add custom code at the top right.
  3. Paste your linePaste your line into the box.
  4. Name it and place itName it OneType, choose All pages, and place it in Body - end.
  5. Apply and publishClick Apply, then Publish your site.

About OneType on Wix

In Wix, the line goes into Custom code, under Settings in your dashboard. If you assign a different domain to your site, your code snippets are deleted, so add the line again.

What you should see

  • A chat button in the corner of your published site. Open the published address, not the editor preview.
  • Within a minute of opening any page, OneType shows "Live on" followed by your site's address.
